A Change In My Life

Oh man, I love watching movies,
I think they are really groovy.
Would Jesus sit & watch with me,
R rated movies, and PG,

Most my friends are one of a kind,
They love to gossip all the time.
Oh my, I just thought of something,
Jesus hates this sort of thing.

My boss man gives me a hard time,
I want to give him a piece of my mind
Another thought has come to be,
Would Jesus treat my boss like me.

I sure don't like getting out of bed,
Come Sunday morning it's a dread.
What if our Jesus He did not feel,
Like dying for us on calvary's hill.

I sure do like to go out and eat,
I go sometimes twice a week.
Many times you'd hear me cry,
'Coz I can't afford to give my tithe.

The message I am telling here,
I need not explain it's so clear.
Read this poem and you will see,
A change in my life needs to be.
