A Special Kind Of Man

Father's Day Poem

Father, you are my hero,
the foundation of our home.
Today I say, "Thank you Dad,"
for the strength you've shown.

You teach by example,
you guide me along the way,
by walking in step with Jesus
and obeying what He says.

You give me godly counsel
with wisdom from above.
Because you walk with Jesus
and live daily in His love.

Dad, you preserve the family,
you listen and understand.
Because you honor God,
you're a special kind of man.

You are strong in your faith
and obey the call to pray.
So rightfully I honor you,
on this special Father's day
