Be an uplifter,
A positive and benevolent force;
Of hope, courage, and inspiration
Be an unlimited source.

Be an upbuilder,
A loving and encouraging friend,
See the good in each situation,
Help the broken-hearted to mend.

Be an upstander,
Make truth and justice your cause,
Speak up for those on the margins
Without hesitation or pause.

Be an upreacher,
Make heaven and harmony your goal;
Be the bell that rings for God,
A joyous, soul-lifting toll.
