The Door to Heaven

Most houses have at least two doors.
The front and then the back.
And so to get inside you see,
Of a way there is no lack.

Almost every building you pass,
Has a door on every side.
So you can sure enter there,
Whatever does betide.

But when we think of Heaven,
There is but only one door.
But if you miss that one,
There is no chance anymore!

Our precious Lord, the man Jesus,
Said He is the only Door.
But the way things are today,
Most people don't care anymore!

Heaven, the place to be for Eternity,
Where the streets are purest gold.
No pain or death, and God wipes away tears,
Is where we want to be when all is told!

But again there is only one way,
Into Heaven as we said before.
Ask Jesus into your heart today,
For Jesus Christ is the ONLY DOOR!
