The Folks Next Door

Do not disparage the folks next door,
For they're doing the best they can,
You should know by now
That it really isn't easy
To be a woman or man.

So next time you're sorely tempted
To utter something unkind
About your sister or brother,
Think of all the things you've done:
There'll be plenty of fault to find.
